Beauty Salon Etiquette

We would appreciate it if you could arrive on time or at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We try to run on schedule for our clients and thank you for your co-operation with this.

Please allow at least 24 hours for cancellations. Re-occurring last-minute cancellations or any non-arrivals may incur a charge. This is due to a therapist#s time being set aside solely for you.

Group booking of three or more people will require a 50% deposit to confirm and secure your appointments.

Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to accommodate children in our upstairs treatment areas.

Mobile phones should be switched off whilst in the upstairs treatment areas for the benefit of all clients. 

CACI Facials & CACI Body

CACI Facials is the original non-surgical facelift system. Designed to lift, tone and tighten the skin and facial muscles. Waxing

We run an advanced waxing clinic with highly experienced and fully qualified staff up to trainer level, making us wax experts. Professional and discreet with specialist speed waxing techniques. Sensitive products suitable for all skin types. This is intimate waxing at its best. Clients should also be aware that disposable underwear is provided for your modesty and no undignified positions are necessary.

Lashes & Brows

We offer tinting, styling and shaping, as well as lamination and lash lifts.
